The wider tires may get close to the fender lips on one side so you may need an adjustable Panhard rod to recenter the wheels. If your car is lowered at all you will need one. I have the 3/4" drop and with 9.5 rims with 285 DRs the drivers side was about a 1/2 closer to the wheel openeing then the pass side. So if your going witha 315 tire, it could be close. But a PR is fairly cheap and easy to install.
If you don't want to cut the car up there is a company that makes bump stops that are more inbound. Or you could just build a mount out of a peice of steel and buy bump stops (the round type are common) at any parts store.
