dam that sucks, i hate when people aren't honest and/or fair with sales.
whenever i sell an item i make sure the buyer is fully aware of defects if any, plus i always offer full refunds with really no questions asked.
i wonder if the seats in the pic are even the ones he sent you, maybe he had a better offer and sold them elsewhere them painted a set for you.
