It will become a "He Said/ She Said" where you both have a different side to the story in court. He also has several witnesses in the car with him, and if they are his friends, they will back up a story that you are the POS and not him.
Waste of time to try to get him into court. Be thankful he didn't screw your car and let it go. Just my
