Anythig over 5-6Lbs of boost and you better have a good tune. Too much oost or if you go lean you'll take out the ring lands. LT1 stock pistons and just not good for power adders.
Pulley down the boost, or wait untl you have internals that can handle boost properly.
You'll want a fuel pressure gauge at the least as well.
