I understand that we as regular schmoes do not have access to all the behind the scenes data. But according to sworn testimony there
was no investigation, just a few meetings among a few staff members. Nobody else looked in to it until much later. And that is illegal in the state of PA.
Not for nothing, but if what McQueary said was true it would have been easy to build a case and prove guilt.
