Ok guys, technically, my car doesn't have provisions for the front plate. They had to make up some hacky looking front bracket to be able to run them on the front bumper. It looks much cleaner without it. I guess this is where the cop's mood will make a difference. I just don't want to go through the trouble of filling in the holes if its 100% illegal. But it seems even the state code and laws are conflicting on the issue.
