Thanks for the replies guys. Went to renew my registration, the woman at mvc confirmed that I did not register last year and rather than applying my registration for this year, it was done for last. I did not register last year because the car was off the road and not being used. I'm glad they aren't points tickets, I'd hate to try to fight something that is really my own fault
