if the rear comes with the brakes already on it you can just bolt it in adn bleed it down as far as i know. i think you will have to switch to a 4th gen e-brake cable too.
nothign special about teh set up really.
you may wanna just try going to
www.thirdgen.org and doing a search or see if they have a tech article about it yet.
