if I bought another 4th gen:
0) plugs/good tires/basic maintenance/fuel filter/etc
1) lid or CAI (depending on year)
2) 1LE rear control arm bushings, swaybars and GOOD shocks (probably leave the stock springs), maybeeee a panhard bar
3) catback exhaust
4) probably headers and a tune at some point, but not right away
that's it
