Ok not to beat a dead horse but for bolt on stuff to start off with is a good start. But you have to spend wisely. Theres nothing wrong with buying used stuff for the right price and if it's in the right condition. I would do what WBT said in page 1 of the thread. Although a mail order tune might not be an option for you though since IIRC 93 LT1 cars had a PROM and did not have flash memory
