Parents or anyone close to him should be held accountable for this as well. This couldn't have been something that just matriculated overnight..there had to be signs. Was he mentality ill? off his meds? suicidal? there had to be signs in which no one forcused in on or cared enough to alert the proper authorities. You would think the safest places for your kids are at school or at home but now a days your kids are in the same amount of danger with crackpots w/a suicidal deathwish, random gunfire in neighborhoods or drivebys in front of ones house...shame.
