Aside from weight,

One alternator mount hole has to be drilled and tapped on iron block. M10x1.5 thread I beleive. The middle hole has no provision on iron block, but thats just to keep the bracket there when changing alternators.

One ground bolt near starter does not exist so you put ground somehere else.

Everything else swaps over. If you reluctor wheel is 2 piece its 24 tooth. If one piece its 57 or whatever. Me and anther member just did a 6.0 swap l
