Unless this guy is an idiot, he likely is far away from this area. How sure are you that he is in Indiana? I'm not familiar with Indiana procedure, but generally you can file the judgment there and subpoena him again. You don't even need to go, find a debt collections attorney to do it for you. I'm not sure what the rate is for a collections attorney, but they will probably take a substantial cut.
Does he have a spouse? Any businesses registered in his name? I am not sure, but you may be able to name his family in Indiana in a separate proceeding and go after that home as well. Let me know what info you have, I'll try and do some research for you.
