I would go with the allens as well. The coils and brackets see so little torque that they aren't going to be an issue removing down the road and stripping.
I would say 50% of the bolts I deal with on BMWs are torx and allens
that is also 6.49$ towards a fantastic paint job or some Fiske...... lol or rent hahaha
