What ever the standard input shaft is. GM didnt change it with the LS stuff, just the bearing I bought sits in the larger section like Bishop posted. Now that I am changing transmissions it is too far out so I can use a regular ole' $1 bronze bushing now. Have a few new ones lying around the house.

The stock LS crank pilot hole is drilled all the way through, though, and has a welch plug in the bottom of the hole, whereas the older iron didn't. I would think you'd have a good chance of knocking that plug in using the grease/hydraulic method.
I have read on more than one occasion that people have pushed the plug in with the LS based engines
