Summit codes that are not locked to your name have been discontinued for about 10 years.
Jeg's has never run one but does give a racer's discount. Catch there is you need an NHRA license.
What are you ordering? Sometimes you can source things a lot cheaper elsewhere.
Example:
Advance Auto stocks some performance parts (yes, quality ones) online. You can order from them (I use code P20 for 20% the whole order) and have it sent to a local store for pickup to save on shipping.
