most aftermarket wheels are generally lug centric. you can usually get hub centric rings to compensate. OE wheels are usually hub centric. as i understand it hub centric wheels put less stress on the studs. I might guess less stress than guys who use BMW wheels on 5x4.75 hubs and those guys defend that usage. I'd run lug centric wheels but not wheels with incorrect bolt pattern. Caveat emptor...



BTW "i did it and nothing happened" is an illogical response.
