No, the Z07 has some additional aero stuff, carbon ceramic brakes, and Pilot Cup tires. Z07 is the Stage 3 package. Z06 with the Stage 3/Z07 package matches the ZR1 in performance and is faster around Milford than the ZR1.
GM has said that the Z06, even loaded, will be under 100k.
Either way, all Z06s get the LT4, bigger two-piece rotors with 6/4 piston calipers, and a host of stuff.
