Google voice is the way to go. My friend uses it for his photography business and it works really well. I have my own PC/car repair business and I mainly use e-mail, so I personally haven't used it but hear great things.
The ad you just posted is much better, and good call on taking down the gofundme. Running a gofundme while owning a 2013 zl1 camaro doesn't exactly bode well
