Have you considered minitubs? I bet that rot is further round than you can see from the inside. If you don't tub it, I'd say get Paul to cut you what you need out of a donor or I have a donor your could cut up. Price wise, no idea but I'd expect $500-$1000 depending on the experience level of the shop doing it and the amount of effort they put into finishing it off.
