I never truthfully factored this level of repair. It sound costly either way. I would consider mini-tubs, but doesn't that require cutting the frame and relocating suspension hardware? I'm going back through Transmaro93's build post to see all that went on, but the pics don't seem to work anymore. I wonder if that would be cheaper in the long run.

Finish wise I was planning on painting the floor pan and sealing it up with a coating, so as long as its welded in properly I'm not to concerned.

Kind of puts a damper in my plans / time table. I don't want to band aid this one by covering it back up with the interior so for a while I guess I'll be tin-canning it. Sucks because thats where my bolt on roll bar goes too!
