i get TONS of these things all the time, from both home and work. it almost always works perfect if i hit reload, but something is not quite right with your server setup. I dunno if there is some upper limit on concurrent connections on this server or if there is something wrong with the board's setup itself. Definitely something to look into though. You should be able to look at server logs for more info, or contact your host and have them do it. With apache, it might be logging into your user directories somewhere.
