Why ditch the PCV? If you get the LS6 valley cover, it has the PCV integrated. The nipple from that gets plumbed into the catch-can, the outlet of the catch can goes to manifold vacuum. The connections on the valve covers are inlets to the system, they should be connected to the air inlet nipple, right on the throttle body.
