Help! Belt walking.

Ever since I did the cam swap last month my belt has been coming off. The tensioner feels tight so should I look into a non spring loaded tensioner? Or could mine be going bad and just order an OEM tensioner? Also are there pullies with higher walls to prevent this from happening? Anyone else have this issue after a cam swap?
