If people kept their asses at home and worked it would be OK. But they shove a Bluetooth in their ear or take a laptop with them and go out and get in the way of people who legitimately have the right to be out taking car of business. They was a guy "working" at Mavis the other day giving my friend a hard time about the length of time the work on his car was taking. I pointed out if he had a real job he wouldn't even be able to be getting his car serviced on company time. That shut him up quick.
