NJMP just added this event to their Events Calendar on their website. Its a rain or shine event.

Not sure about the best lodging. I guess that would be for each person to decide for themselves. I know there are rooms available at the track, but sometimes they allow camping (as in using an RV or a tent). I camped in a tent there last year during 24 hours of LeMons and will be doing the tent thing again this year for the LeMons event. (which is the weekend prior to this event in May).
