I got it from Grand Prize in nanuet ny. It's actually the closest caddy dealer to me. Unfortunately I did end up paying a dealer markup but nowhere near what I hear they are charging now, 15k for a ct5-v bw. Trinity Cadillac in Englewood cliffs NJ was said to be asking 60k over. Finding a dealer willing to sell at MSRP is the hardest step. The 4bw's seem to have less markups and slightly easier to get. At this point, if you order it would have to be a 2023 since I am pretty sure '22 allocations are done with as of yesterday.
