when you shop for exhaust it is all about shopping for sound anyway. if you like the flowmaster sound, go for it. i would suggest you check out magnaflow before you decide. good fit and finish, nice tone, and the exhaustguys(members of the club) can give you a good deal on the kit.www.jegs.com
headers, ceramic coated, 3inch collector, slip on cat = 350-68722 cost $450
they also list a chrome plated version for $350, but they would change colors and rust in no time.

for a cat you shoudl look on ebay. there are companies that well slip fit cats for hella cheap. don't get caught up in the "high flow" hype, it is a bunch of bs. the difference in flow from a $50 replacement piece and a $150 "high flow" piece is only around 4.5%, nto enough to make any power that you could ever feel.

once you reduce the back pressure found in typical stock systems, the only appreciable power left to find is in collector length. eveything else is hype or numbers based on replacing the stock system.
part numbers are easy enough to find on jegs.com or summitracing.com
