This is what the schematic in my manual says. The book is for a 1987 Firebird, should be the same. May be easier if you did it this way

1987 camaro colored wire problem
omg... Well i saw an entirely different color scheme. there is no red wire. and there are 2 yellows and 2 blacks. one grey and the usual double colored speaker colors. wtf? so where can i find out what color is what. i dont feel like looking into the firewall. any one with a 3rd gen camaro that knows what im talking about? much apreciated thanks
