what they predict the 09-10 winter season to be
Interesting after seeing how the northeast has already seen accumalating snow..

What is "Cold" considered in Texas? My crew was out in Los Angeles recently and they told me the temperature dipped down to 60* and people were walking around with heavy coats on.

They've been saying for a while that weather patterns have shown the winter following a cool wet summer has had much more snow than normal. Get your shovels ready!
