3rd Annual Race Wars - Planning/Scheduling
General Details: RENTAL IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH AT ATCO RACEWAY
- Rental starts at 9:30AM and ends at 4:30PM
- No street tires. You must be running a drag oriented tire
- $20 non-refundable per person/car deposit required ($200 total deposit required to book the date)
- $180 balance due at the rental per person/car
- 10 cars required
- Proper safety gear required
- Food will be available for those interested in pitching in $ (burgers, hotdogs, drinks, etc)
- If the weather is poor, the rental will be rescheduled.
Enhancements proposed for this year:
- I will make sure both lanes are ready at 9:30AM, granted the weather cooperates.
- I would like to get better photography/video coverage. Perhaps professionally or at least one or a few enthusiasts dedicated to doing this for those that are racing.

Free to NJFBOA members. If there is a large group in attendance, I will likely need to run it by the track but I doubt that will be the case.

Pending everyone on the list actually attending, I'd say this is looking pretty good. We can go for another 5 spots if anyone else is interested.
I haven't heard back from Atco but will update the thread with potential dates when I have them. From there, I will ask those looking to attend to send their deposit so I can secure the date.
