			So, any good links on ideas for improving cylinder head drainback? Or pictures, etc

			Just make sure all the transitions into the drain backs are clear and maybe add some paint , there is paint for lifter valleys and such but I can't remember the name at the moment. If you really wanna kill some free time you could polish all the surfaces out to prevent any of that little casting grain slowing the oil running off.

			I won't be glyptol painting the valley and heads, but grinding it up isn't an issue.

 |  Glyptal. I've heard mixed reviews, that it can work sometimes, that it doesn't work at all, and that it can flake into the engine.
 
Matt, from what I can tell deburring and smoothing the surfaces is the best way to go.

			if you go the glyptal route you really need to make sure the surfaces are 100% free of oil, getting components tanked yadda yadda. with aluminum it is easier to achieve since it isnt as porous as iron but in the end the benefits are negotiable but it sure looks neat

			Smooth the castings out. Lot of sanding but its an old trick that old school sprint car guys do
