My dream car growing up was a 91-92 Z28 Camaro, a few people had them in my hometown and high school when I was growing up and I was obsessed! That and I'll always have a spot for a big ol' 96 Impala SS. Those two are hands down my most reasonable dream cars.

Saleen Mustang S281 -(Actually went to Ford dealer in 2001 to buy one. They wouldn't take me seriously, told me the weren't making them anymore, etc. I said ok, I'll buy a camaro SS. Salesman basically said "yea, right". 3 weeks later I went to check out a used car(supercharged fox body) for my friend at that ford dealer. Same salesman there. He asked if I bought my "SS" yet. I said yup and pointed to my pewter '01 SS with the temp tags in front of their showroom. He shut up quick, and I proceeded to explain to my friend, and the salesman how bad the used fox body was and how much of a hack job it was.

I bought my 1963 (I think I'am the oldest member here) Corvair Monza Turbo Spyder brand new and rented the 2 car garage across the street from where I was living. Had the place all to myself, until one of the guys I knew parked his Grad present next to mine. It was a 1963 Gold Corvette Vert with the 327 cu.in. 340 hp solid lifter cam and 4-speed. Then around the corner was a girl that I was hoping to hook up with and her boyfriend shows up with a 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix. Needless to say, I was the low man on the totem pole. Did make up for it (worked for a Pontiac Dealer) by getting a 1965 GTO and later a 1967 GTO brand new. WAAAAY TOO much fun growing up in the mid to late 60's, where EVERY stoplite was a chance to drag race another Muscle car, to the next lite.
Nothing like going to Drive-In movies, Drag Racing, car hops and nothing to think about except where the next date was coming from!

guy i know that owns a car shop / gas station has a typhoon that he refuses to sell ...hes been "fixing it up" since before i was born probably lol

funny u mention the ford dealer thing... had it out with one over a terminator (04) cobra a few years back.. he wouldn't take me seriously and kept asking me if im sure my z06 wasn't a viper lol and I was like im positive I had a viper too at one point...

asked me what my intentions were with looking at the cobra im like to ****ing buy it ? why else would i be at a car dealer? turns out car was beat to ****... then i kept getting automated emails from the dealer so I replied to the GMs email and told him how i was treated

These are the first to come to mind. They each had a special place in my formative years, and are each partially responsible for getting me into Cars. Ferrari Dino 246 GTS Spyder. First car I saw that turned the little light bulb on in my head. It was plastered on the wall of my best friend's, father's Man-Cave. Listening to him talk about it was better than bed time stories ever were, to my 2nd grade self.C3 Stingray - High gloss black. Amazing lines. Batmobile features. This was cool.1st Gen Viper - Blue, with dual white stripes. Saw this down the street in the 90s & I was hooked.Ferrari F355. Centerfold of a magazine I was flipping through, courtesy of the aforementioned friend. Later spotted one on Rt 208 while I was with my uncle. It was like something out of a commercial: I was a boy, staring out the passenger window of a sensible family sedan, as a bright-red, with tan interior, convertible passes us in the fast lane, complete with 2 hot girls in tow. My uncle tried telling me it was a Mustang & gave me a weird look when I corrected him with the make & model That was a funny memory to recall.

Thanks for the stroll down memory lane.

Always wanted an Escalade, couldn't afford one so I did the next best thing... Built a custom one. 2 door. One of the 1st built, used all OEM parts from Cadillac. Luckily knew a guy that made parts "fall off the truck"
Started off as a totaled 2 door Tahoe and ended up with a 2 door escalade with a Paxton supercharger, 20" wheels, and 2 kicker 15s.

It's always been Turbo Buicks for me. Wanted one since 8th grade. My step father was a state trooper and worked at Atco "back then they had them there". Buicks dominated street night. In 1991 I ran a 13:00@ 105mph, that was movin! Bought my first one when I was 16. I've owned 3 over the years keeping one. I do however find myself looking twice at Z06's

Having graduated high school in the late 80's, there were a few cars that were coveted:
2nd Gen Camaros and Trans Ams - typically the Disco era years
 IROCs and Z28s - 3rd gens
Trans Ams and GTAs - 3rd gens
 Monte Carlo SS
Mustang GT - 87 and up

I've always wanted a CTSV. Billy's at the old TTP dyno day had me drooling and I like the newer ones even more. 2010's are somewhat affordable and I've thought about trading in the WRX but I don't want another car payment for the rest of my life.

Growing up in the 70s I was ga ga for 427 Shelby Cobras and 1968 GT500s. In the 80s I lusted over Vectors, Lamborghini Countachs, and Screaming Chicken Trans Ams. Then when the Viper came out it was a game changer, and I'm in love with the 1996 GTS, blue with white stripes.

			Being a child of the muscle car wars;
My dream car from my younger years (and still is) 69 Dodge Charger either Hemi or 440 6-pack.

I had many others I would have loved to own but that tops the list for me.

Keeping it money wise reasonable, I wanted a few cars, mainly odd balls for some reason
 3rd gen Camaro (86+)
 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA
 Pontiac Fiero (preferably 1988)
 Mitsubishi Starion/Chrysler Conquest
 Volkswagen Scirocco
 Porsche 914
 Porsche 944
 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS
 Toyota Corolla (AE86)
 Toyota Celica Supra

Amazingly, I was recently given a Fiero and a GTA for free, but the titles for both are missing :/
