From what I hear, when it comes to fiberglass the quality of the mold determines how much labor goes into it. If you got it from a notible company like Harwood, Suncoast or even ASCD, Ive heard their good with fit-ment. But if you got some cheap peice, it may take alot of work to fill in cracks, prepped & just get it fitted right.

Looks good, look around LS1Tech if you got a chance and look for the sponsor US Exotics, they make hoods for late model GM's alot of people go for the WS9 hood. I think its the regular style ram air, with a raised cowl portion and heat extractors like the firehawk hood!

I just bought a SLP hood just like that...and well now i'm returning it cause the damn thing just doesn't fit ! check to see if it fits your car first...mine had 1 inch gaps all around. and if the body shop has to do major fiberglass work and stuff its going to be more then you bought the hood for.
