Frankly, I think his body of work is MUCHO EL SUCKO! And after having to suffer through some of his "Best of" dvd at my brudder in law's house on Christmas, I figgered I'd see waht you peeps think...

He's got some great skit characters on SNL but he hasn't made it in movies yet. I think 2+ hours of anyone is too much at one time.

I like Will Ferrell, but I think he's taken some movie roles that aren't very good. Sometimes he's a bit too dramatic....
Oh, and Anchorman sucks the first time you watch it. Gets better each time though....

SNL, old school, anchorman all rock....anything else hes ever starred in, not so great, night at the rox was funny the first time, but i hate that lil faggy guy, he ruined that movie more

His skits were funny on SNL, and he can be funny at times, but like someone said, 2 hrs of a big ass skit is a long time, for anyone. Anchorman was funny, but with everyone else in there, it worked better. He can be a little over the top, which kills it, and in that movie, his character is over the top, so its painful to watch at first, but gets better.
But you gotta have more cowbell!!!

My view exactly. He was a great Alex Trebec on SNL. I like him over all, but he has taken roles that he should've thought twice when he read the script.

hes funny depending on what roles he takes, he was horrible in bewitched. that movie sucked. he was good in wedding crashers though..

He is not a leading guy, he is a side guy (although Anchorman is funny). He's funny in the right situation.
I'd take him over that putz Sandler any day.

i'm really beginning to wonder about all of you who thought anchorman was funny. is it that you really have never seen a funny movie, hollywood's failure to deliver a truly funny movie in about 20 years or did your father not take you fishing enough?

anchorman is definitely funny, old school is funny, if you dont think anchorman is funny then watch it 2 or 3 more times and then if you still dont think its funny... you just suck
