Painting, body work wet sanding and prep tips

I need all of those tips, does any one know of a place that I could go and learn a few things about body work and what not? like 3 or 5 day program? or of a shop that will let me be an apprentice?

also Im just learning and only have about $300 i can use on equipment. sugestions.

go to borders and buy an auto body book. read it cover to cover and if you still have any questions, let us know.
