Home Page access while logged in....

Ok, I am looking into this issue with permission to access the home page. Before I go any further, I need to know who this is and is not affecting. Tim and I are not seeing this error, so it may be something as simple as me screwing up a permission somewhere....
Please reply to this with just a yes or a no, nothing else.
When accessing the Home Page of this site while logged in, are you receiving an error that looks like this:

Turns out that it was an issue with permissions, but no one should have a problem now. Everyone should have full access to that page.
