Another Newbie Here from Roseland - 2nd Generation TA
New member from Roseland, NJ here. I know most of you are into newer power but I just finished a year-long total disassembly and restoration of my 1979 Special Edition TA and figured I'd drop some shots here. My goal was to return the car to 100% factory original condition (with some hidden internal modifications not visible to the judges).
I usually hang out over at http://transamcountry.comand I'm always looking to meet up with other 2nd generation owners in Northern NJ for cruises and shows. Feel free to drop me a line. Hope to see some of you up in Saratoga Springs this weekend!
Pete

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!
I'll be keeping my eye out for your next cruise over in Wayne or Hooters or wherever. My wife just gave birth to our first born daughter last week, so it kinda puts a crimp on my social activities. I'm lucky to be getting away for a day this weekend to make the Firebird show in Saratoga Springs.
Looking forward to meeting some of you soon....
Pete

Pete,
i grew up in Roseland and my parents still live there off of Harrison ave. I just moved out to Bloomfield as I couldn't afford, and didn't want to live next to parents. LOL
Nice car. Hope to meet up with ya at a cruise one day.
