this look like a cheap repair?



its the keyway on a cam...guy is selling it cheap ($70)

it looks like they hot glued a piece of sheet metal to make the repair.

No repair... thats the keyway channel, and looks like the keyway was removed with a hammer and a chisel.

If he can seriously ask $70 for that, maybe i can get like $50 or so for my '00 LS1 crankshaft....

I USED TO HAVE an 85 Camaro 305 4bbl, 90 Firebird V6, 97 Firebird V6 (10 speakers!). Despite the two family vehicles, 3 kids, wife and mortgage, I can finally realize the dream - 88 TA almost all stock... for now.
