What do you think?

Motor:
77 4 bolt main block bored .030 over
speed pro flattops .030 over
cam = 241/249@.050 .525/546
bowtie raised port heads fully ported
2.02/1.60 manley stainless valves
port matched victor jr intake
holley 750 dp
110gph fp

And hedman shorty headers and a dynomax 2.5 catback.

What gears and tourque converter will I need?

You got the raised runner head and you want to run a shorty header? That exhaust is only going to kill that whole setup. Get a real size exhaust for it. Get the heads flowed at a good shop and have them help with a cam. This is the best way to figure this out. You are probably going to need more compression with those heads also. You are going to need a decent gear with that setup especially if the car has any weight to it. Probably need at least 4.10 with a decent size tire of 28 inches tall. I would make sure you get a good fuel pump and that carb might need to be worked on a little to work on those heads, depending on how everything flows. Just remember everything needs to work together and be matched to maximize performance.

wait wayfast u have shortys? u didnt tell me that, veg i actually bumped the cr back upto almost 10.5-1 should be fine on pumpgas as long as he keeps the timming conservative, considering we run 12.3-1 on one of out 440 motors and that thing has never had anything more then pumpgas in it.wayfast thos eheaders deff arent gonna work, when u told me u had headers i thought u had long tubes.

If you are really gonna go through with buying this motor, I would go with a more mild setup than what you have plans for in that first post.

Maybe stick with a set of Vortec heads (great heads, cheap pricetag), and look into Comp Cams Xtreme Energy line of cams.

gota find either steped headers,or something with atleast 1 5/8ths primarys.best bet would be 1 3/4 + single 4 inch ex system.Duals with rear exits are gonna be costly

i do have a set of 1 7/8th headers but there gonna be a lil bit on the large side

edit

I still don't think that a dual plane intake is the answer. Those heads are gonna kill the velocity of incoming air at lower RPM, which will keep the motor from being very streetable, which is what he posted up that he wants.

You can easily build a motor that will run 12s in a full weight thrid gen and still be plenty streetable, but I doubt it with those heads. You need a cam, heads, and an intake that are all designed to make power in the same RPM range in order to make a combo work. Those heads are designed for high RPM horsepower, so sticking a dual plane and a mild cam on them aren't gonna do crap for streetability. It'll most likely just run like a turd.
