sail panel trangle shaped molding?

Whats the name of that triangle shaped black molding that seems to get affixed to the sail panel where the door, quater panel and roof all meet? And how do you remove it? Is it adhesive backed where i can remove it with a heat gun or is there a stud on the back where I have to remove a speed nut from the inside?

Upper Applique panel Left/Right
The piece of weather stripping it sits on is called a Quarter Window Filler I think.
If the reason you are asking has anything to do with you painting the Rear Quarter Panel of your car like you mentioned in another post
The Upper Applique panel comes from Gm already painted black
I had my driver side replaced under warranty

its just adhesive under it, but very stong, most crack or get some type of damaged when removed.
