Actualy, its very possible.
The only thing that held back the last one was teh 25% tarif on imported trucks, thast why we got the GTO and not the Ute.
This new VE chassis is designed for both Aussie and US crash standards, as well as they will buil VE/Zeta cars is Oz and US.
Add that to the fact that it would be a truck, adn would help improve Chevy's CAFE numbers, this thing could pack 600hp, and not have to follow the rules of car CAFE like Camaro or G8 would.
Oh, did I mention the 25% tariff is gone? Well, only for Australia...everyone else still gets the shaft.

if they brought over the Ute as it is currently produced in Australia and somehow ducked some of the tariffs, it would be a runaway success. it is a great lookin truck and overseas is rather inexpensive.

Too much like the Camaro. Chevy better see what kind of success they have with the Camaro before introducing more throw-backs.

Nah, GM has made Gen III and Gen IV V10 engines, but there were some complications. There was a V10 program set for the GMT900 SUV's, but again, the complications, and we got the new 6.2 VVT V8 that is the new high output V8.

Ohhh right right...LS1 or any engine code, or option code for that matter in the RPO order form are only 3 characters. So you cant have an LS2203840328402384023984.
