sucks! They were suppose to deliver a new washer and dryer, install them, and take away the old ones. First of all the one guy couldn't speak english and the other had trouble. Second, Sears never included the stacking kit for them, which is on my parents receipt and on top of that the hoses aren't long enough for the washer so they are still unusable sitting in my laundry room. But wait, it gets better...The third reason why they suck...
I moved my car out to the street because I had to go to class at the time they might have been here so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be blocked in. I live at the bottom of a dead end street. So long story short, I moved the car, they came shortly after, and when they left I was in my room and I kept hearing them backing up and moving around and was thinking to myself "whats taking so long" Well, I go outside and find that. There is a scratch on the bumper cover and a little scuff on the hood and the big chunk of the sidemarker is missing, so they knew they hit it. It def. was caused by them because it had to be something high to poke out the light, otherwise my bumper cover would have gotten damaged as well. So I called sears and they told me to take pics and a rep would be calling me in up to 3 business days. It probably won't get resolved because I have no witnesses to prove it was them, so I'm SOL pretty much /rant At least it was just the sidemarker though
