You'll need the TECHII gm scan tool. I'm not sure if anyone else makes something to program the remotes but thats what I use at at work. You'll probably have to take it to a dealership.

ok, im back, please at leats try this, or at leats consider it, it took me alot of effort and determination to go out to my truck, lol. now ill do my best to type what my manual says....

"1. turn the ignition to run then to off. this will disarm the theft-deterrent system
2. remove the radio fuse. this fuse is located in the maing fuse box(it goes on to explain where it is in my truck but just find it in ur car)
3. turn the ignition from off to run three times quickly(within five seconds). The vehicle will respond by locking the doors, unlocking the drivers doors and releasing the tailgate or panel doors(my truck is a yukon, not sure what itll do for u). Your transmitter is now ready to match the vehicle.
4. Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the first transmitter for 15 seconds. The vehicle wuill respond as in step 3.
5. Repeat Step 4 for the remaining transmitters.
6. When you have finished matching all of your transmitters, replace the RADIO fuse.
7. Check that all transmitters work by pressing their buttons.

If the transmittetrs dont work, or if you'd rather not match the transmitters yourselfm see your dealer"

thats all from my manual... hope it helps...my bed is now calling my name,...

Step 1. Turn ignition off

Step 2. Ground the program pin.(within one second, Lock, Unlock and Trunk will cycle to indicate module ready for programming.)**the program pin is the two wire connector plugged into the RKE reciever in the trunk of the vehicle at the Left Wheelhouse. Leave the main harness plugged in but unhook the two wire connector and ground the pins.**

Step 3. Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons until:
Lock, Unlock, Trunk, and Horn cycles to indicate the transmitter has successfully been programmed.
(This takes no more then 12 seconds)
Step 4. Repeat step 3 for the remaining number of transmitters
Step 5. Remove the ground from the program pin.
Step 6. Verify proper operation of the transmitters.

Or you could follow SmokingSS's hammered post. I frankly don't care
