Always good to see a stolen car returned.....sucks that they either stole or wrecked everything on the car though.

I tried to read some of the thread, but my brain started bleeding from the lack of grammer skills. Sucks for the owner, maybe buy a car thats less desirable to thieves next time

you would think hondas wouldnt be desireable...but for the demand of cheap parts i guess highly modified hondas are targets.

but the grammar on that site is terrible...

they're inexpensive to modify and own. unfortunately they have a bad stigma and because of their popularity, they are commonly stolen. honda parts command good money.

it sucks to see that happen, but i know quite a few people that were interested in buying hondas but didn't because of theft concerns. i know a kid who bought a civic and it was stolen the day he bought it (or maybe the day after, not sure).

they're actually really expensive to modify. trust me i've helped build quite a few. hell to buy full gsr swap LEGIT is still over 3500. 3500 for 170hp...... i just don't get it. the problem is honda guy steal from their own family let alone strangers. you take that stolen gsr motor put it in a bubble or hatch with some other possibly stolen bolt ons now you got a "cheap" 200hp set up in a 2200 lb car. mid-low 14's all day. lets say you do it legit. 3000 on the low side for a b18 gsr swap. lets say another 1500 for intake header, header back exhaust and clutch. in a 2200 lb hatch you just spent 4500 to run low 14's... but like you said you get good money for honda parts. that cat is a good 150 bucks!

take that back. just found a "jdm" gsr swap for 2850 w/o shipping. still a lot for 178hp...

soupe = s coupe?

looks like a band of them took turns with a baseball bat and a sledge. look at the frame and inner fenders. someone had themselves a hoe-down.

The whole situation sucks big hairy donkey you know what, but two things immediately came to mind when I saw this forum and the pictures:

1. The thieves should've taken that kid's ridiculous super boyz in da hood jacket and burned it.

2. Holy ebonics! While misspellings and funny codes run rampant on any forum, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone here for speaking good old fashioned American English! You all are the shiz-net.
