I sent this thing in a long time ago after purchasing a case for my wife's car and I have yet to get any money back. What gives? Anyone else have the same problem?

I had no problem getting my Castrol rebate when I bought a case. I think it took at least 8-10 weeks but I put my email on the form and they sent me an email when it was processed and the check showed up a couple days later.

Never bothered to buy it

But Brain, did you buy the one they were promoting? If you weren't you may not be eligible for the return

I bought the exact stuff they were promoting. I got a phone number and the person on the phone said I didn't send it with a UPC....which is why I didn't get it. WTF! I know I sent it with it and of course I through out the old box anyway. Time to head to Pep Boys to get me a UPC lol. A$$hats.
