I USED TO HAVE an 85 Camaro 305 4bbl, 90 Firebird V6, 97 Firebird V6 (10 speakers!). Despite the two family vehicles, 3 kids, wife and mortgage, I can finally realize the dream - 88 TA almost all stock... for now.

I heard about the crash, that bridge is right by the old headquarters of the photo company i do work for. I've never been on it when they had two way traffic on one span, but the bridge does seem rather tight, and i've always wondered how much those barriers can withstand.

never heard of anyone driving off of that bridge. thats such a cool bridge to drive on too! not when its backed up for a few hours though.

NJDOT designed them....way back when......at least that's what I remember from Highway Design.
