but our swimmers and gymnasts did well..
all the judges (gymnastics and diving from what i saw) this year really did seem to favor the home team.. anyone else notice that?

I pretty much stopped watching because of that. After the one chick vaulted and landed on her knees and still scored better. Then the uneven bars, and the 14 year old from China has more flaws in her routine, scores the same as Nastia Luken, and still winds up in first place. Its retarded.
Oh and yea. We really seemed to butcher the 4x100 relay in track

Yea the Chinese favoritism was pretty obvious. What did China end up with? Like 46 gold medals? Yea.

And I heard last night on the news that China hired all their coaches from other countries, and their gymnastics coaching staff is all Russian, except the Chinese ones they sent to the games
