what do you guys think?

ok well i have this guy that would trade me his 01 mustang gt 5 speed with 79k miles on it for my 98 z. im kinda up in the air about it, but i dont know much about fords at all. what do you guys think

I know it is a huge step down in performance, both handling and straight line.

Keep the Camaro unless you have suddenly fallen in love with slow.

Have fun doing any mods to it. That whole ford thing about their motors being built for boost is a lie to cover up the fact that it is impossible to do any bolt on mods to that damn mod motor.

I wouldn't do it. For being an 01, it runs with cars 10 years older than it. From what i was told about them, the best they run stock is 14s.

If it was a mach 1 or cobra, I'd consider it.

LS1 or LT1 > 2 valve 4.6

i bet its the red one thats on craigslist in south jersey. either way...its a step down. ask for money on top if you really want to....on the flip side...stangs hold their blue book value better than camaros.

My buddys procharged, stalled, on slicks 04 GT... runs what a bolt on LS1 car runs sitting the same was (converter and DR's)
