Thinking about new heads...
i don't really know whats out there or whats decent when it comes to LS-cylinder heads.
Currently i have stock 243 heads('03 z06 ls6) with the hollow intake valves and sodium filled exhaust valves. I also swapped out the oe springs for dual spring valve springs w/titanium retainers. The rest of the valvetrain includes hardened pushrods, rebuilt oe rocker arm(needle bearings->trunion bearings swapped out by harland sharp). I am running a tsp magic stick 3 cam, (237/242 .603/.609). OE lifters. ported ls6 oil pump, OE ls6 bottom end(w/ARP rod bolts). elec. water pump, msd coil packs, 37#injectors, QTP LT headers, LS6 manifold, and ported/polished OE TB...
With that setup, what heads should i look at? i will be getting a new intake manifold around the same time. im holding out for the wieand street warrior, otherwise the FAST. Also, im considering swapping cams to a T-REX...
cylinder head suggestions?

I wouldn't wait on the Street Warrior, it looks like its never going to come out, stick with a Fast 92. I would go with a set of PM FL heads that are coated.

PM-FL: Precision Motorsports of Florida. They port 243 heads and they also coat them which really reduces denotation.

Ive only heard of coating heads. Do you know of any good tech articles to explain the theory?
I think you should ship out your 243s for porting.

+1 on getting your 243s ported. There are a few good porters in the area or you can get them sent out on a core exchange.
I talked to Bob at PM FL why he coats the heads and his theory is that there will be less heat in the combustion chamber and coating the intake runners will provide a heat shield for the intake charge and also coating the exhaust will allow the exhaust gases to flow better. His ported and coated heads are only $1500. I know a couple shops around here would charge 2k-3k for ported heads. He's also the one who coats most Kook headers.
Also I found an article about it:

hmmm i may try PM FL. i dont mind sending mine out for porting, as long as i can arrange it that i get my specific heads back and not an exchange deal. my heads only have 6-7k miles on them so i want those exact ones back, not someone else's high mileage abused ones. i had the same deal when i sent my brand new rocker arms to harland sharp. i made sure to get my specific ones back, and then i was happy, lol.
also do porters like PM FL usually like the heads sent assembled or bare?
and do u have any contact info for them?
